Beeswax Products – Learn how to make them!

On October 17th 2015, we will welcome Tipp native, Jim Ryan, to our club for an informative and fun day of making products from beeswax such as cream, soaps and balms.

Jim has kept bees for years, has a successful honey business and has travelled near and far to teach others how to make delightful products almost good enough to eat!

On the day, Jim will begin by showing the participants how to ‘clean’ wax properly. He’ll then go on to teach how to make the above mentioned products and will answer any questions we have along the way.

Each participant will go home with some freshly made goodies such as lip balm, moisturising bar and cream.

Tickets cost just €20 for non-club members and €10 for members. Places are very limited so tickets must be booked in advance by clicking here or by emailing Paul.

Bring along a packed lunch on the day. Tea and coffee facilities are on site.
